Slim – 10 tips for a slim body

Fight ravenous hunger? Stay slim. What do slim women do right? It's quite simple, without diets or anything.
- Cook yourself, healthy and organic. Cook more and then freeze. Ready meals only in exceptional cases – they contain sugar, sugar, sugar. That doesn't make you slim!
- Drinking water before eating reduces hunger and rinses out toxins.
- Eating rich in dietary fibre automatically makes you full faster.
- Little salt. Too much salt stores water and pumps up the cells. Slim is different.
- Chewing properly – should actually be tip number 1. Only if food is chewed well is it easily digestible. The feeling of fullness also grows
- Nothing fried – period! Fries make you fat, not slim.
- No diets. Better change living conditions, fundamentally change nutrition. Diets encourage the body to store more fat and slow down the metabolism.
- Fruit only in the morning. Fruit is healthy, too much is unhealthy, too much sugar – so, no fruit as dessert for lunch or dinner…
- Exercise & Sport. Without it it does not go! Obesity due to lack of exercise is one of the main causes of weight gain. Daily walks are enough.
- Instead of sweet Vollmichschokolade, better “black chocolate”. And do not store too much. It's wonderful to concentrate your taste on the kakau instead of sugar, but it takes a while.
